Privacy Notice

This notice is provided under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the processing of the personal data you share through the event request form on the Nite Istanbul website.

Data processed: Full name, phone, e-mail, company / brand name, event date, time range, number of guests, food and beverage requests and your notes, together with the IP address and browser information of the submission.

Purpose: Evaluating your event request, contacting you, preparing a quote and preventing misuse of the form.

Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the establishment of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller).

Transfers: Your request is shared only with the other GenGroups venues you select, solely to prepare a quote; it is not transferred to third parties except where required by law.
